Dr. Rebecca Lau was raised in New Zealand where she completed her medical degree from Otago University in 2000. After transitioning to Hong Kong to join her husband, she sat the HK licensing examination and furthered her training in general practice and family medicine. She attained fellowship in the Australian College of General Practitioners and Hong Kong College of Family Physicians and her diploma in practical dermatology in 2008. She enjoys the breadth of GP work alongside the privilege of long-term care for people as their family doctor. After 12 years working in a busy expatriate clinic in Central, she founded H3 Medical Clinic. Dr. Rebecca Lau has been encouraged by her husband and three boys who have shown her that a cheerful heart is indeed good medicine.

Dr. Brigitte Schlaikier, a specialist in Family Medicine has been practicing family medicine for over 20 years. Dr. Schlaikier underwent her medical training in Hong Kong and Denmark. As an Honorary Clinical Assistant Professor in Family Medicine at the University of Hong Kong she has been involved in teaching students at Hong Kong University for over 20 years. As a family physician, Dr. Schlaikier places significant emphasis on attending to her patients' physical, emotional and mental well being through all life stages from birth to aging. She believes that establishing a good relationship with your family doctor is among the most effective measures for promoting you and your family's health.

Mel adopts CBT, ACT, mindfulness and solutions-based modailities tailored to the individual’s needs, and works collaboratively with clients’ medical advisor and/or personal trainer. Mel also works with women and members of the LGBTQ+ community, and has successfully supported individuals through stress, overwhelm, anxiety and depression.
Reshma Chugh

With over 10 years of experience, Reshma Chugh works with couples on relationship and communication issues. She also uses psychodynamic techniques to work with individuals to address symptoms of anxiety and depression. Reshma guides her clients to achieve improved stress management skills, and helps them gain perspective to make healthy work and career decisions.

Using techniques from the Gottman Method and EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy), Reshma works be addressing conflict resolution, stress management, communication styles and parenting skills. In this way, she helps couples form more secure emotional bonds which result in stronger relationships and improved communication.

Reshma found success in the banking industry prior to following her passion for psychology. Her former career gave her first hand experience with big corporations and provided her evidence for the need for all individuals to achieve a healthy balance between their professional and personal lives.
Reshma has been interviewed and featured on TVB’s The Pearl Report discussing marriage and relationships. She has also been featured in the South China Morning Post regarding managing stress with family and children during the pandemic.

Monisha Dadlani

Monisha works with people from all walks of life to support and guide them through times of challenge and transition. Whilst she maintains her registration as a US trained nurse and has had over a decade of experience working in the area of obstetrics, more recently she has furthered her knowledge with completion of a master degree in counselling and dedicated herself to working with individuals and couples to manage their stress, anxiety and grief.
Monisha has 3 children and has lived both in the US and Hong Kong. In her spare time she loves to cook, go for walks and enjoys travelling and new experiences. She believes that compassion is the foundation of effective care, and uses a variety of therapeutic techniques, life style modification and resilience training alongside a confidential, safe and understanding environment so each person is able to achieve the outcomes they need.
